Great- JP and his crew showed up right on time at our scheduled appointment. He provided more than the labor- we received guidance and will be using him for future landscaping and tree services.
A very reasonably price arbor/landscaping professional.

JP and the Trees Please crew were outstanding.  Courteous, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.  We will be using them again for future tree additions.

These guys are wonderful. I would use them again in a heart beat. They were able to work me in their schedule quickly, they were very responsive, on time, courteous, and quick. They cleaned up all the mess made from cutting. I can't say enough about how what a nice guy he is. He also gave me some suggestions for other trees to consider planting.

JP has helped me select the right trees for my projects, beautiful Giant 100 gal oak, 1 45 gal oak to replace the old dead one, 6 30 gal adult Crape Myrtles all colors turned my back yard into a park like setting, completed the irrigation for the trees on his own time, Helps me with jobs I cant reach (disabled vet in wheelchair). I will be having JP design and create the remainder of my back yard landscape projects a little at a time. They are always professional and freindly, the treatment I received from him and all his workers is great.  His team is fast, reliable, always on time, cleanup my mess before they start the new projects, and after the work is complete they clean up again. Without asking they have helped me with other existing plants and trees. JP is very knowledgeable, I'll use them forever and reccomend you give them a try too!

We had a dead tree removed from our front yard and needed a decent sized replacement.  I called around and got lots of people that didn't seem to want to answer any questions, just quote high prices.  I called JP and he steered me in the right direction and helped me pick the perfect tree for what we needed.  He was very flexible in scheduling a time to come out and, most importantly to me, was right on time for the delivery and install.  He and his guys worked quickly and carefully, and left my yard looking (obviously) much better than they found it.  JP was very helpful and friendly, and offered me multiple ways to contact him in the future if I were to have any questions or issues.  Trees Please will be my first choice if I ever need another tree, and will be the first place I recommend to anybody else who does, too.

We highly recommend Trees Please!  My wife and I recently had to cut down two old trees in our front yard - original to the house 1949. It was feeling quite barren. JP recommended monterrey oaks.  Both trees are doing great. The prices are great and JP knows his trees. This crew is very hard working and helpful. He gave us a specific watering schedule - that is not daunting. And three months later, the trees are doing great!

Wish I could give Trees Please 10 stars!  This is a great company that delivers high quality trees and excellent service.  I shopped all over Austin looking for the highest quality trees.  I'm willing to pay more for better quality, but with Trees Please, I didn't have to.  I was super impressed with the quality -- better than any other places I went, and their prices were better than their competitors, too!  Top it off, JP is a very nice guy with a genuine personality and friendly attitude.  I'll be buying more from this company!

We are so blessed that a friend recommended JP and Trees Please Austin! We got one 45-gal tree installed and couldn’t be happier with the process and results. JP is very friendly and knowledgeable about not only trees, but all things landscaping. He was patient with all our questions not only about the tree we had installed but also about other plants in our yard. We will definitely be hiring JP and Trees Please Austin again in the future!

I want to send out an enormous thanks to JP. A friend (a tree farm owner in Bay City) had recommended him and I contacted him about providing a tree for a memorial service for my friends' 6 week old baby who tragically passed away. Due to the confusion of the week and crossed communication, JP didn't hear about it until I called him on Friday in a panic for the Saturday afternoon service. He had lots of work for the day, but rearranged his schedule in order to be able to deliver the tree for us at the last minute. When I called him to pay for the tree, he wouldn't even accept payment, saying he was so thankful for his own beautiful daughters and couldn't imagine what my friends were going through. It is so heartwarming and reaffirming that there are still great people in this whom making money is not the ultimate goal, but helping out his fellow human beings is the priority. What a great guy who really went out if his way to help strangers get through an incredibly tough time. A multitude of thanks to JP for being a stand-up, compassionate human being and a dedicated professional. If more people operated like JP, the world would be a more loving place.

JP was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.  He and his crew were on time and provided the most wonderful tree.  I had done research online and, based on that, wanted a Burr Oak for the backyard.  We agreed on a 65 gal tree and that is the size he brought.  We discussed other projects for the backyard as our house is new and had very little in the way of landscaping.  They had the tree in and were on their way in about an hour.  It has been a week and the tree is already showing leaves.  I would definitely recommend Trees Please and JP to anyone.

He gave an awesome price on the work. I have been using their services over the last (2) years for landscaping services as well. The wax and crate myrtle trees he put in were great. Everything he brings are outside of what you would normally get at a garden center. The crew takes away all debris after and left the site immaculate. It's a really good company. JP is always on time, is responsive and is great to work with. He has awesome prices. I would highly recommend his landscaping services.

JP and crew are absolutely awesome. The first time JP came out to give a consultation about which trees would be best where, he noticed that a tree I planted last year was infected with some kind of bug. The slit in the tree got his attention right away and he investigated by probing the wound with a stick until he figured out what it was. He told me to use a systemic treatment. The tree is looking great--if it wasn't for him it would've declined, possibly died. He took the time to notice a problem I didn't even know I had--that was the first indication that JP goes above and beyond.
After deciding what to plant, I took a trip to the nursery and picked out the trees and shrubs. He came back and planted them with his two helpers. This all happened within a week of initial contact. They did a great job. While he was here planting the trees, he saw I had the green metal edging you buy at Home Depot that I was going to install. He told me about the steel edging and gave me a price. After thinking about it, I decided it would be worth the extra money for a quality product  that will last forever and look beautiful. He came back 3 days later and installed the steel edging and it really looks GREAT. JP is one of those people who loves his work and pays attention to detail, even to how they attached the spikes, alternating them and making the ones on the inside an inch lower so they wouldn't be visible above the DG.
I'd planned to fill in the DG myself (with some help), but he did such fantastic work for such a reasonable price, I decided to have JP do it and I'm so glad I did. It was a lot of work and he and his helpers got it done in an afternoon. It was leveled or sloped according to the lay of the path, perfectly. I had accumulated a ton of rocks out of the yard--they loaded them up and took them away as well. Before they left, I asked if they could just dump the last two wheelbarrows full of DG in a heap in the front path. They were ready to leave, all loaded up and they did it graciously and his helper even spread it over the path for me, which I didn't ask for or expect.
Besides the quality of work and price, JP was very responsive--he did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it and answered emails and calls. Through our conversation and observing the way he interacts with his helpers, I learned that JP is also a person of character, which is very important to me. I will definitely do business with Trees Please again.

Responded immediately when I asked for a quote, came to look at the area within two days, and then worked us in to his schedule around other larger jobs.  From first contact to finish was only just over a week.  They were very quick and efficient, and had us all ready in no time at all.

I definitely recommend Trees Please!  We replaced two Arizona Ashes with two native oaks.  JP gave great suggestions based on our soil type.  Both trees already look wonderful.  Not only were the prices good, but JP is a super nice guy.  It only took JP and his crew about one hour to plant the 65 and 100 gallon trees.
